Who needs happiness and satisfaction when we can obsess over macronutrient ratios? Seriously, who needs a life when we can calculate the perfect balance of proteins, fats, and carbs? Dating, hanging out with friends, and enjoying a good meal are overrated anyway.

And why stop at just eliminating carbs when we can jump on the amazing bandwagon of carb-shaming? Let’s publicly ridicule and intimidate anyone who dares to enjoy a slice of bread or a bite of pasta. It’s time to judge others’ food choices with the same enthusiasm we judge ourselves.
