This is not to mentioned, that when you need something from VAC, like changing my Bi-pap machine took over 6 months. VAC replaces thise machine every 5 years, mine was 9 years old and causing lung problems and I still had to fight for 6 months. I was diagnose with sleep apnea in 2004 and I retired in 2010. In 2013 I asked for a new machine and I got the runaround again.
I find it very stressful just calling VAC because of the undo stress it causes me!
I imagine more Vets feel the same.
