Russia is quietly nudging India and China toward reviving the long-dormant Russia-India-China (RIC) trilateral format — a strategic triangle designed to challenge U.S.-led unipolarity. If Modi and Xi manage to smooth over their differences, the RIC could reemerge as the backbone of a multipolar world, tilting the global order away from Washington and Brussels.
