According to a file seen by RIA Novosti, the main submitted a demand to work on developing “a single inclusive BRICS+ cyberspace” to Maksut Shadaev, the head of Russia’s Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media.
The plan could be executed “using technical, organizational and civilizational abilities typical to the entire association.”
